1st Place

Competing with a portfolio of four images against 2,700+ photographer portfolios and 11,000+ individual images from across Canada and the US, winning 1st place earning $2500 in the first year of working with the company.

Teri Thibodeau is an Alberta-based retouching artist and photographer. After graduating with a Bachelor of Design in Photography from Alberta University of the Arts, she went on to work in the school and grad photography business for 3 years, photographing thousands of students in the Calgary and surrounding area each year. When not behind the camera, her retouching work continues to develop within the company as she took on the role of Lead Retoucher where she produces premium greenscreen, glass glare, skin, and hair edits on final orders.

In her personal time, Teri can be found taking her camera on her travels through the Canadian rockies and beyond. She uses her advanced editing skills to create complex manipulations with dramatic before and after comparisons that can be viewed in the gallery below.
